September 2004 Lance Armstrong celebrates with Toshiba TECHNORAINBOW™ LED screens

 Cycling legend Lance Armstrong marked a further milestone in his career with yet another Tour de France victory this year, and Toshiba LED screens were there to mark the event in a massive celebration in front of the State capitol building in Austin, Texas.
